10. How do I add a product/service on a document ?





When creating a new invoice (or other document), you can add an item either from an existing item list that you have uploaded or by adding one straight in the new document. To do the latter, in the New Invoice screen, click underneath Product and select “+Add New”. In the new window you can insert a name, a quantity, unit price, purchase rate, tax and other relevant details and press “Save”. The new item details you have just added will appear in the table line. Select the quantity needed and then press the Add button on the right end. Your item is immediately inserted in the table below. When you save your document, the new items will be saved to the database and made available in the products/services list in case you need quick access to them again.
